Learn for real social dancing—not one fixed routine
01 · CHOOSE YOUR DANCE
You have heard of it. You have probably seen couples doing it at a country bar. This is the lively, practical partner dancing that helps you step onto a social floor and join in.
A modern partner dance built around connection, creativity, and the music you love. Dance it to hip-hop, blues, pop, country, and more—without memorizing choreography for one song.
WEST COAST SWING · AS SEEN ON YOUTUBE
This widely shared dance is the clearest first look at what West Coast Swing can feel like: spontaneous, funny, deeply musical, and danced to a song people already know.
The connection is real, but it is the connection of two dancers sharing music—not a performance of romance or flirting.Open this dance on YouTube
02 · A REASON TO SAY YES
You do not have to feel natural before you begin. Lessons give you a private place to try, repeat, and get comfortable.
Learn dancing you can use with real people in real time—at country bars, ballrooms, events, and social nights.
Move to music, make choices in the moment, and discover a form of expression that never has to look exactly the same twice.
Couples can learn a new skill together. Solo dancers can work directly with David. Neither experience is treated as secondary.
Social dance is about the joy of a good dance—not dating pressure. Beginners are part of the room from their very first night.
Dancing gives all that music you already love somewhere to go. It can become the best part of your week.

REAL DANCE-FLOOR EXPERIENCE03 · WHY DAVID TEACHES
When David was younger, you could not have dragged him onto a dance floor. Learning to dance became a way to face that fear head-on—and it opened a world of confidence, creativity, community, and pure fun.
That experience shapes the way he teaches now: no judgment, no pressure to perform, and no assumption that movement should already feel easy. He knows how big the first step can feel.
“I want you to discover what dancing can add to your life—not just memorize a few steps.”

04 · THE LESSON APPROACH
Brand new, returning after years away, or ready for more technique—your lesson starts with what you need now.
The focus is improvised social dancing: connection, timing, choices, and the ability to dance with different people.
Grow into turns, technique, musicality, styling, and the details that make someone feel wonderful to dance with.
Weekly lessons, focused practice, and social dancing are the fastest route from thinking through steps to simply dancing.
05 · CHOOSE YOUR SPACE
Learn where you already feel comfortable. A modest cleared area is enough to begin.
When you want more space, David can arrange select local gym floors with wood flooring and mirrors.
A suitable venue, a gathering with friends, or a small private group can be arranged by request.
06 · CLEAR LESSON RATES
A comfortable first step, built around what would help you most right now.
The best place to build usable foundations and turn first steps into confidence.
A longer runway for technique, musicality, variety, and real social-floor ease.
COUNTRY · WEST COAST SWING07 · YOUR INSTRUCTOR
David trains, social dances, and competes in partner dance. He has worked with learners across ages and experience levels, from true first-timers to dancers ready for more technique and musicality.
His goal is not to make you perform a routine at him. It is to help you connect, improvise, listen to the music, and become someone people genuinely enjoy sharing a dance with.
You never have to impress him. You only have to be willing to try the next step.

08 · GOOD TO KNOW
No. Couples and solo dancers are equally welcome. Solo students work directly with David, which is an excellent way to learn connection, timing, and balance.
That is a completely valid place to begin—and one David understands personally. The lesson is private, patient, and built to make the first attempts feel manageable.
Usually, no. The focus is improvised social dancing you can use with different partners and different songs. Routine and choreography work can be arranged when you specifically want it.
At your home, in a suitable space you provide, or on select local gym floors David can arrange when you want more room and mirrors.
One lesson is a useful start. Weekly lessons paired with personal practice—and social dancing when possible—create the fastest, most consistent progress.
David highly recommends trying a local social dance. Beginners are welcome, people dance because they love dancing, and each new partner helps you learn something different.
